Fitness on Friday

 Fitness on Friday
My goal for this week was to exercise 3 times and I actually walked 4 times!!!
So, I walked a total of 7 miles this week!! Not really much by it is 7 miles more than last week!!
As far as eating I feel I did a little better but I CAN do a lot better!! So, I would like to eat only 1,500 calories for 5 days this week!!!
