Scanalog Home Decoration Photo

This software is super easy to use! You just download the software and then scan your items! Lastly, you store them in the appropriate category for future use! As seen above from the screenshot about there are eleven Master Categories to save items in Scanalog. Then each of the Master Categories are divided into subcategories! You can even personalize your subcategories to you fit your needs! The Parenting category is my favorite! I have been able to scan tons of our kids adorable artwork! I can then select a portion of the the project to create a thumbnail that helps me to easily locate items when I need to find them! My husband is really enjoying the Home Maintenance Section! He used this section to store all of our important household documents such as home appliances warranties, and instruction manuals! Then when he needs a copy of one the software also offers a print option!
If you are intimated by using a scanner, go tohttp://www.scantips.com/ for more info. You can learn about differences in resolution, image formats, image modes, bit depths, and Moire patterns. The website also offers a very informative FAQ section to help your through the process!
The quality of the scanned items are great! The pictures turned out clear with very vibrant colors! This would have been very helpful to have when I was planning my wedding, I had tons of magazine cutouts scattered everywhere! We have really enjoyed our Scanalog and still have tons more that we are planning to add! We highly recommend this resourceful software for everyone! It would make a perfect gift for all of your family and friends!

How exciting! I love the home decorating tab. This would be perfect to store all those decorating tips and themes I find and want to save for my first home. I also love the idea of saving recipes.

I could really use the Health & Beauty category. I keep lots of health articles for future reference and this would greatly reduce the paper I'm keeping

It's got to be the Home Decorating tab. All the magazines I've saved have my "ideas" and favorite items for redecorating I want to do in the future. I've got all those old magazines stored in boxes. It would be so nice to unload them at my garage sale this spring.

The food tab

I have a variety of ways I'd use it:
1 - to catalog/organize my recipes
2 - to catalog/organize my poems
3 - to catalog/organize my scrapbook pages, quilts, and hand-made jewelry (I keep a digital photo of every one I do so I can either duplicate them in the future, or remember what I've already done for someone and not duplicate it)
