Contest Designed to Let Kids “See Who They’re Meant to Be” Will Award $10,000 Grand Prize
WonderWorld Entertainment LLC, creator of the award-winning children’s television series “Ribert & Robert’s WonderWorld,” has announced a call for nominees for the first worldwide talent contest for kids – The Golden Ribby Awards.
The Golden Ribby Awards are a quarterly opportunity for talented kids across the country to showcase their gifts in music, comedy, dance, art, science, sports and more. With help from their parents, kids are invited to make a video or take a digital picture highlighting their talents and upload it at WonderWorld TV.com. Finalists are eligible to receive prizes from 11 categories to win a Golden Ribby Mini and a $100 gift card, a Silver Ribby Mini and a $50 gift card or a Bronze Ribby Mini and a $25 gift card. Winners from each quarter will advance on to the voting of the annual grand prize. The grand prize will be awarded late in 2009 and the recipient will receive $10,000.
