Winning Game-Day Recipes from Pringles

If you are headed to a Superbowl Party tonight and need something quick and easy to make that still tastes good then you should check out these great recipes from Pringles! This winning spread of delicious finger foods from Chef Kyle Shadix means you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time rooting for your favorite team.


PRINGLES Brownies
· 6 ounces baking chocolate, unsweetened
· 3/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine
· 2 cups sugar
· 3 eggs
· 1 tsp. vanilla
· 3/4 cup flour
· 1-6.41 ounce can of Original PRINGLES, regular or 1-5.71 ounce can of Original Reduced Fat PRINGLES, regular
· 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
· Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, and spray foil with cooking spray.
3. In a glass bowl, microwave chocolate and butter on high for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate melts.
4. In a stainless steel bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well mixed.
5. Pour in butter chocolate mixture and mix well.
6. Empty PRINGLES and flour into a food processor, and puree until very fine.
7. Empty flour mixture into chocolate mixture and mix well; add nuts to distribute.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, and cool.

Crispy Fish Nuggets

INGREDIENTS
· 2- 6.38-ounce cans of Pringles Salt & Vinegar flavor
· 2 pounds cod fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
· 2 cups of skim milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F with a rack in the middle.
2. Place nuggets in milk.
3. Puree the Pringles in a food processor, and pour into a large sealable plastic bag. Place two or three nuggets at a time in the bag and shake to coat.
4. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, and place the well-coated nuggets in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
5. Remove and let stand, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes to crisp.

Chicken Pringlers

INGREDIENTS
· 2- 6.38-ounce cans of Pringles (BBQ or Honey Mustard flavor)
· 2 pounds of boneless chicken breast or chicken tenders, cut into 1 1/2” nuggets
· 2 cups of skim milk or buttermilk

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F with a rack in the middle.
2. Place nuggets in milk.
3. Puree the Pringles in a food processor, and pour into a large sealable plastic bag. Place two or three nuggets at a time in the bag and shake to coat.
4. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, and place the well-coated nuggets in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
