This time of year mealtimes are anything but fun around our house. It's seldom that we even get to sit down and have meals together so when we do get the opportunity we always try to make them fun and meaningful.
Enjoyable meal times are good for family harmony and well being (not to mention digestion!)....when kids have their own families they look back and want to repeat the good times and wonderful family experiences with their own children.
