Have you seen the new COVERPLUGS? These have to be one of the best products I've seen in LONG time! They are so simple to install and can be painted to match any wall!! When my kids were younger they were always able to pull the small covers off the plugs so we were always concerned that they would stick something in the outlet! I like the fact that these plug right in over the existing outlets-easy to remove for parents, but hard for the little ones and no temptation existing to stick things in those little holes!

I think the coverplug is far more attractive than the outlet so even if someone didn't have little ones, the plug just makes the space look and flow better.

So simple, yet so safe. I hate the other kind because I have had the progs break off inside the plug. And those are very difficult to remove.
I really like the fact they cover the entire outlet.

I like that they look like nothing--not as ugly as the other plug covers. It is also awesome that you can paint them to match the wall. Very cool giveaway. We're needing to baby proof our house as we just had a son 7 weeks ago!!
Truthfully, I think most babyproofing is silly (toilet locks, really?), they just need to be taught that certain things are no-no's. However, it's best not to mess around when electricity is involved, so my outlets will be covered until my children know better.
What I like the most about these covers is that they can be painted to match the walls, so it won't even occur to most kids that there is even an outlet there!!
