I use the treadmill regularly, but this fall I'm signing up for yoga classes.

I walk the dog a lot...it's fun!
It is usually yoga and pilates for me! I am recovering from a back injury, so these low-impact strengthening exercises are great for me.

I had a heart attack in February and have been aggressively pursuing increased fitness since then by lifting weights, using my elliptical trainer and doing other bodyweight exercises.
I practice yoga every morning (on a 10 year-old mat! Also walk on the treadmill and use a big fitness ball. I sure could use a new yoga mat!!
