{GIVEAWAY} Master Your Sleep

Master Your Sleep: Proven Methods Simplified (February 2011), a new book from Tracey Marks, MD, an Atlanta psychiatrist and psychotherapist. In 2011, Dr. Tracey Marks wants to help people understand why trouble with “turning off” – digitally or emotionally – leads to troubled nights and compromised sleep patterns.

Underneath burnout, depression and stress, Dr. Marks often finds that sleep problems are the root of her patients’ problems. She wrote Master Your Sleep to help them understand – and conquer – their sleep patterns. The book provides a thorough exploration of potential treatments, from herbal and prescription medications to a variety of therapies, explaining the potential risks and benefits related to all treatment methodologies.

If this is a problem you face then this book is extremely helpful! Dr. Marks divides her book into two sections which makes it a handy resource for those struggling with sleep! I have been using Dr. Marks' book and cheat sheet for myself and I can see my own sleep improving already. Such an informative and helpful book for anyone wanting to improve their sleeping patterns. Falling asleep isn't always the problem, it's staying asleep. I need drugs to sleep more than 2 hrs at a time.

That's the problem - I don't. Black out curtains have been helpful though.

I puit myself as the heroine of a novel I am reading and what i would do. I think about this and drift right to sleep.
I'd like to win this for my BFF who is a terrible insomniac.
