I must admit, since I had H1N1 in the fall I have not gotten back into the swing of things with workouts. Need to do Leslie Sansone again, EA Sports active on Wii and wear my pedometer. I have often wondered about the Melt it Off with Mitch program.

I don't do enough to keep fit, but one thing I try to do is walk around the store a few times when I'm shopping. This way I at least get a few miles of walking in, between all the stores.
