Stretch Marks

If your a mom then you probably have a few stretch marks to prove it! Stretch marks are scars that are formed when your body goes through changes that cause your skin to stretch until breaking point. These changes include pregnancy, rapid growth, weight loss and weight gain, with lots of women (and some men) falling victim to this cosmetic problem. Did you know there are ways to prevent and reduce the appearance of those marks?

There are many methods to reduce, prevent, and get rid stretch marks:
*shower by brushing your skin with a loofah or skin brush
*use cocoa butter or vitamin E oil on affected areas
*eat a diet rich in vitamins A, E and C
*exercise
*Laser surgery

As seen above there are many methods to do so, it’s just a case of following them through as well as picking the one that works best for you. Also, the earlier you start the better!
